Eunice L. Blavascunas, a Lithuanian-American anthropologist is interviewed on the show “7 Kaunos dienos”, in which she talks about her roots, her connection with Lithuania, the family’s attempt to adapt to the United States and the importance of teaching emigrant children their native language. Anthopologist Blavascunas is the author of the book Foresters, Borders, and Bark Beetles. The Future of Europe’s Last Primeval Forest, her teaching visit at Vytautas Magnus University took place on March, 2022.
